Kerri Salls MBA, is an exit strategist, acclaimed speaker, and mentor who supports owners and entrepreneurs to prepare their optimum exit strategy. She helps businesses establish a strong foundation to catapult their business to the next plateau; accelerate growth, and maximize value; to craft an exit strategy that creates wealth.
Kerri is a visionary with 40 years experience who works with owner/ entrepreneur/ CEOs to harvest the wealth in their business to achieve their life’s dream in business and beyond. She helps entrepreneurs integrate strategic planning as part of their business operations and exit strategy from the beginning.

Kerri started her career in the Peace Corps in West Africa. She then spent a decade accumulating multi-million dollar corporate achievements before launching her first business in 1988. Kerri is adamant about changing the statistic where 95% of all businesses fail and close.
ARMAND DIABERKIRIAN – Director of Business Development
Armand Diabekirian is a business advisor who listens and looks at the needs of the business and the owner before helping them explore solutions. He joins This Way Out Group to leverage his extensive years of business and corporate experience to cultivate and coordinate a client’s team of specialists to develop holistic and integrated solutions to achieve the client’s long-term exit and transition goals.
Armand co-founded MetroWest Business Advisors, LLC, to help small to mid-size businesses navigate their transition strategy including business succession, contingency planning, transition planning and exit strategies to align business, family and wealth objectives.
As the Founder and Managing Partner of MetroWest Financial Partners, LLC, Armand assembled a strong team of experts to provide business and wealth engineering for family owned businesses addressing the needs of highly compensated executives, successful professionals and self employed individuals.
Prior to launching this business, Armand, was a distinguished Managing Director for a number of financial services firms earning national and regional accolades.
Armand anchors his fifteen years as a business and financial advisor with fifteen years experience owning and running New York restaurants.
